Is Vireeel free to use?

Yes, Vireeel is free to download and use. Basic features including GIF browsing, searching, and basic creation tools are available to all users. Premium features like AI tools and advanced editing require a subscription.

What devices does Vireeel support?

Vireeel is currently available for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 15.0 or later. We're working on an Android version.

Can I use Vireeel offline?

Yes! GIFs you've viewed are cached locally, so you can browse them offline. Creating GIFs also works offline. Your content will sync when you're back online.

Subscriptions & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Find Vireeel and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We cannot process refunds directly as billing is handled entirely by Apple.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage this in your Apple ID subscription settings.

What payment methods are accepted?

All payments are processed through Apple. You can use any payment method linked to your Apple ID, including credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.

Account & Privacy

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data, including created GIFs, saved content, and account information.

What data does Vireeel collect?

We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services: your account information, content you create, and basic usage analytics. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

How do I report inappropriate content?

If you see content that violates our guidelines, please report it by emailing report@vireeel.com with details about the content. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

Technical Issues

The app is crashing. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Force close and reopen the app, 2) Restart your device, 3) Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store, 4) If issues persist, contact us at support@vireeel.com with your device model and iOS version.

My GIFs aren't saving properly.

Ensure Vireeel has permission to access your Photos. Go to Settings > Vireeel > Photos and select "All Photos" or "Add Photos Only." If issues persist, try restarting the app.

Search isn't working.

GIF search requires an internet connection. Check that you're connected to WiFi or cellular data. If you're connected but search still isn't working, try restarting the app.
