Welcome to Vireeel. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using Vireeel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Vireeel, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
Vireeel is a mobile application that allows users to discover, create, and share GIFs and memes. Our services include:

You retain ownership of content you create using Vireeel. By uploading or sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving our services.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.
Users may report content they believe violates these Terms through in-app reporting tools. We review reported content and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our policies.
Some features of Vireeel require a paid subscription ("Vireeel Premium"). Subscription options and pricing are displayed in the app. Subscriptions provide access to digital features and content within the Vireeel app only.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method.
All in-app purchases are handled by Apple Inc. We do not have access to or store your payment method details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription rate.
You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until then.
All subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly through their support channels. We cannot process refunds for App Store purchases. Visit Apple Support for refund requests.
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon renewal. We will notify you of any price changes in advance.
Vireeel includes AI-powered features for content generation. You acknowledge that:
The Vireeel app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
Vireeel integrates with third-party services including Tenor for GIF content. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
All third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.

VIREEEL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF VIREEEL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Vireeel, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of Vireeel after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Vireeel shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class actions. This does not prevent you from bringing claims in small claims court where permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
